A weekly email with amazing resources to help you grow your web agency.

Brought to you by - collect website content and documents from clients, without mind-numbing email trails and shared docs.

In a group chat, a few of my friends were just talking about trying to finish up a majority of their client work for the year, before the end of November.
While I get that for some agencies, this is pretty close to impossible… I love the goal.
I love winding down in the lead up to Christmas, working on things that aren’t time critical like client work.
You know… all those things that normally get neglected throughout the year because there are too many jobs to juggle.
What’s something important that you’ve been meaning to do for ages but haven’t had a chance?
If you can get it done in a couple of weeks, try blocking out some time before Christmas to get it done. Kick client work off again in the new year.

Give your clients a content framework

Imogen Allen is one of the earliest customers of Content Snare. She understood the value in getting content from clients faster. Completing projects and getting paid earlier is always a win.

Over time, she has created an amazing process for
  1. guiding clients through the discovery process
  2. helping them create great content for their website

Now that process is wrapped up into a white-labelled package you can use with all your clients.

Content is consistently one of the biggest roadblocks for web projects. If you’re tired of that, check out Imogen’s Website Identity Framework below
