Even though many agencies have taken a big hit to their revenue this year, believe it or not there are many that are having their best months ever.
The agencies that are consistently doing well have processes that:

  1. Create a flow of leads from multiple sources
  2. A qualification process that filters out the bad clients
  3. A repeatable sales process to convert leads to paying clients

It might sound like that’s unachievable, but there are plenty of agencies that have this already.
And there’s no reason you can’t be one of them.
With the right processes and training, this can become a new normal for you.
Even without creating entire new processes from scratch, there are small tweaks you can make to drastically improve each part of the sales process.
This was highlighted to me when John Doherty from Credo came on to Agency Highway to talk about sales & lead gen. A huge take away for me was simply to make sure you get on a call with people to show them through your proposal.  It gives you the opportunity to answer questions and adjust your pitch based on their reactions. 
That’s one of those small things that can have a drastic impact on your close rate. 
Today I found out that John has released a course that will help you create this consistent pipeline of work.
John has been in and around agencies for a very long time, and has helped 100s (maybe 1000s?) get more work.
I’d say he’s legit.
